ATHLETIC FAMILY FESTIVAL
Club Tijuana is part of “Run, Walk or Trot” Race
TIJUANA –Club Tijuana Xoloitzcuintles de Caliente once again showed its support for sports in Tijuana Sunday Dec. 29 during the “Run, Walk or Trot” 5K race.
The event was organized by the Tijuana Sports Commission in which Club Tijuana’s mascot the “Xolo Mayor” participated in. The mascot helped start the race and gave the traditional lap around the CREA Tijuana sports complex track.
The event with almost 500 participants also served as a fundraiser for the DIF to help promote a blanket and clothes drive for the less fortunate. Raffles, gifts, games for kids and other competitions were also part of the event.
