Under-20 Youth National tournament: LIGA Bancomer MX-2014 Apertura: Week 12
MONTERREY, Mexico- Club Tijuana Xoloitzcuintles de Caliente’s Under-20 squad played to a 1-1 tie against host Rayados de Monterrey in Week 12 action of the Apertura 2014 season Saturday.
Amando Moreno scored for the Xoloitzcuintles in the 38th minute while Cesar Gonzalez sent one in for Monterrey in the 21st minute.
Coach Raul Chabrand’s young Xoloitzcuintles gain a point in the standings. Club Tijuana is now 4-5-3 with 15 points.
The Xoloitzcuintles return to Tijuana to host Queretaro FC’s Under-20 team Friday Oct. 17 at Estadio Caliente.
