Club Tijuana and Carl’s Jr. hold player autograph session at Plaza Las Brisas
TIJUANA –Fans of all ages got a chance to meet some of their favorite players during an autograph session held b Club Tijuana Xoloitzcuintles de Caliente and Calr’s Jr. at the Plaza Las Brisas shopping center Wednesday Jan. 29.
Gregory Garza, Joe Corona, Juan de Dios Hernandez and Richard Ruiz were the players who attended the event to mingle with fans along with the team official mascot “Xolo Mayor.” Players and mascot posed for photographs and signed Club Tijuana items brought by the fans.
Hernandez spoke about the opportunity to spend some time with the fans and the support they give the Xoloitzcuintles throughout the season.
“We are happy to be here and be able to interact with the fans,” said Hernandez the Xoloitzcuintles striker. “We are working hard this week to go and get a good result Sunday against Pumas.”
Carl’s Jr. Marketing representative Mariana Perez Rico talked about the great response by Xoloitzcuintles fans at the event during the first autograph session of 2014.
“This is the first autograph session with Club Tijuana and it is important that the fans that come to Carl’s Jr. start the year off right by interacting with their sports idols,” Perez Rico said.
