XOLOITZCUNTLES PLAYERS SELECTED TO MEXICO’S UNDER-17 NATIONAL TEAM

TIJUANA –Club Tijuana Xoloitzcuintles de Caliente Under-17 players Ramon Lopez and Brandon Vazquez have been named to Mexico’s Under-17 national team squad for upcoming matches to ne played by El Tri between Feb. 3 and 27.

Coach Raul Gutierrez’ team plays Feb. 3 and Feb. 27 in Argentina and Uruguay.

The Club Tijuana players will join Mexico’s camp at the High Performance Center in Mexico City Feb. 3 to begin training.

Brandon Vazquez has been part of the Club Tijuana reserves since 2012 and has participated in the Under-15 Mexican tournament the last two years and has been part of the Xoloitzcuintles Third Division squad during this 2013-2014 campaign.

Lopez began his path in the reserves with Club Tijuana at the start of the 2013-2014 Under-15 year and is part of the Xoloitzcuintles team that competes in the Mexican Third Division.
