Club Tijuana and Boing host fans during player autograph session
TIJUANA –Club Tijuana Xoloitzcuintles de Caliente fans once again showed its support fot the team during a player autograph session Monday March 3 along with team sponsor Boing at Plaza Las Brisa.
More than 200 excited fans were part of the event as they came to meet Dario Benedetto, Daniel Marquez, Elio Castro and Javier Guemez.
Those in attendance were able to interact with their idols, take photographs and get autographs on different team items.
Benedetto, the Club Tijuana forward, talked about the good atmosphere at the event and the team’s mood heading into its match against CD Guadalajara.
“We are happy to be here and know that our fans are constantly supporting us,” Benedetto said. “That’s a great sensation to have and to always have them close by.”
Marilu Vargas, Boing Sponsorship Coordinator, talked about the importance to have such autograph sessions to try and keep a great relationship between both organizations.
“We are very happy with the event and we are thankful with Plaza Las Brisas for opening their doors to us,” Vargas said. “What’s happening here this afternoon allows us to show the values that Boing and Club Tijuana have in common. It is the second activity we put together this tournament, being close to the fans and we want to continue making history together.”
