CLUB TIJUANA CONTINUES WITH PRACTICES

TIJUANA –As the week progresses, Club Tijuana Xoloitzcuintles de Caliente continues to increase its intensity during practice as the team heads to the end of the 2014 Apertura.

The team wants to keep a good rhythm despite being on a break on the schedule with the FIFA dates week. Coach Daniel Guzman’s team began Wednesday’s practice with some aerobic exercises.  The team also worked on velocity, reaction and agility while implementing some tactical skill sessions in reduced space.

The practice ended with a few stretches as midfielder Alejandro Guido worked on the side with fitness coach Alan Alarcon. Guido is coming off an injury and he is trying to get back to speed. The Xoloitzcuintles will return to practice Thursday 9 a.m. at Estadio Caliente.
